The location is, well, in the middle of nowhere, surprising. I woudl ve been thrilled to have a small fridge in the room, but it seems that luxury is only for the favored. Oh, and my Uber fare was outrageous compared to others. It's like they expect gratitude for basic service-just couldn't write a good review!

My dog and I thoroughly enjoyed being there. My room was spotless and huge with kettle, the countryside view and doors opening to a patio area, slept well. The location of the property was marvellous, to a patio area. It was also near to the restaurant, nature and the garden.

Beautiful views in Upper Arley 🌄
Fine views across the valley. My room had this lekker little patio overlooking fields with sheep and all. The brekkie was proper nice, delivered in a cute hamper that I enjoyed on the stoep. Staff were super friendly, was like home!
Just struggled a bit with plug sockets near the dressing table for my hairdryer. Had to unplug the kettle. But no biggie!

Fine Views and Relaxing Atmosphere
What a beautiful stay! The location is so peaceful with fine views across the valley, and our room was tastefully decorated, with lovely bedlinen and oak furniture. We enjoyed the charming breakfast served in a good hamper on the patio while basking in the countryside. It would be great to have a bottle of water available in the room alongside the coffee and tea amenities.

What a good stay! The room was tastefully decorated and the breakfast was served in a charming hamper on the patio- a lovely way to start the day! I wish there were more plug sockets available for devices. I had to unplug the kettle to dry my hair. But I'd come back for the cozy ambiance and wonderful experience!

The room was well-appointed, and I appreciated the overall design, giving it a cozy and comfortable feel. Having a good shower was a refreshing perk after a long day.
The bath was quite slippery, lacking a handrail or slip mat, made for a somewhat hazardous situation. I also found the bed wasn't made up daily, and there was limited plug socket access near the dressing table, which necessitated unplugging the kettle to use my hairdryer. The breakfast selection was not on par with what I'd expect for the price paid.

For the price we paid, the value was really good. The room was fabulous with a beautiful patio door leading out to the garden. The staff were helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The location was also perfect, right in the center of everything.
Hotel breakfast could have been better with a healthier cereal option, maybe some granola.

The nearest airport is conveniently far away. I loved discovering the area, especially the incredible Lickey Hills Country Park. The terrace at the bed and breakfast was a perfect spot for people-watching.
Oh, how I adored feeling like I was slipping to my death in the bath, and the late-night hallway lights outside my room were positively thrilling.
